Florence (Charlantini) Volk

Of Needham April 4, 2019 at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Arthur J. Volk. Devoted aunt of Joyce Balaich and her late husband Michael of Layton, Utah and mother of Carolyn Gurney and her husband Lee of Natick, Marilyn Bacon and her husband Geoffrey of Hampton, VA. Loving grandmother of Charlotte Hannon and her husband Michael, Bryan Gurney, Kara and Genna Bacon. Great grandmother of Thomas Hannon. Great aunt of Samantha Hill and her husband John and Micki Balaich. Florence was one of eleven children of the late Peter and Angela (Galone) Charlantini. 

Funeral Service in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street NATICK COMMON Tuesday April 9th at 10am. Visiting starting at 9am in the funeral home. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Needham. 

Florence was longtime employee of the Town of Needham and member of the Needham Golf Club. 

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Mrs. Volk may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of MA 309 Waverley Oaks Road Waltham, MA 02452.
