Ann Morganti Obituary

With heavy hearts and profound gratitude for a life well-lived, we announce the peaceful passing of Ann M. Morganti on April 20, 2026, at her cherished lifelong home in Natick, Massachusetts. At the age of 94, Ann's journey on this earth ended as it began, surrounded by the love and warmth of her family.

Born on January 19, 1932, to Philip and Gilda Pierro in Natick, Ann was a beacon of love and kindness from the very start. She grew up in a family rich in love and togetherness, with her sister Lena Caccavelli, who predeceased her. Ann was the beloved wife of Salvatore Morganti, with whom she shared an extraordinary 64 years of marriage. Their union, beginning on May 27, 1951, was a testament to enduring love and partnership. Together, they lovingly raised two children, Paula and Paul, creating a home that was a gathering place for family and friends, filled with laughter and warmth.

Ann's education at Natick High School, from which she graduated in 1949, set the stage for a lifetime of friendships with Terry, Dolly, and Evelyn—friends who would become like family as they all settled nearby in West Natick. Her professional journey began at the tender age of 15, fibbing about her age to start work at a local laundry. This early drive and determination led her to McClellan’s Department Store, where her dreams of working in a bank were sparked. Ann's foray into banking was meant to be temporary, a means to secure a new car, but it blossomed into a lifelong career that saw her rise to the esteemed position of Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. Her tenure through three bank mergers was marked by her dedication and the genuine connections she forged with her clients, enriching both her life and the lives she touched.

Ann's passions extended beyond her career. She was a culinary artist, delighting family and friends with her cooking, and she was always ready for a round of golf or a spirited card game—provided everyone played by her rules. Her generosity of spirit and innate ability to make everyone feel welcomed and valued were hallmarks of her character, leaving an indelible impact on all who knew her. Ann was predeceased by her parents, her sister Lena, her treasured husband Salvatore, and her cherished daughter Paula. She leaves behind a legacy of love through her son Paul and his wife Kathi, her five adored grandchildren—Katie (Garrick) Stewart, Michael Morganti, Lindsey (Rich) Duffy, Casey (Kim) Reasonover, and Randy Reasonover—and her ten beautiful great-grandchildren: Lorelei, Avery, Trace & Buckley Reasonover, Clay, Quinn & Morgan Duffy, and Annie, Noah & Claire Stewart.

A celebration of Ann’s life will be held on April 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church, located on East Central Street in Natick, MA. Visiting Hours will be held in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street Natick Common prior to the mass from 8:30-9:30am

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, a cause close to Ann's heart.

As we bid farewell to Ann, we remember a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering kindness. Her spirit will forever be a guiding light for her family and friends, and her legacy will continue to inspire those fortunate enough to have known her.
