Of Framingham, October 10,2020.  Devoted spouse of Joseph Hammond of Southbridge.  Beloved mother of Jessica Lynne Woodsum of Framingham, Melissa Sue Woodsum of NY, David Swift Cabral, Jr. of NH, Jonathan David Cabral of Milford, and River McKenzie Cabral of Milford.  Dear sister of Sheri Lou Rogers and her husband Douglas Davis of MD, and William John Rogers of Natick. Loving grandmother of Tahliana Yesenia Martinez, Leah Michelle Martinez, Aaliyani Bella Woodsum, Maximus William Woodsum, Mason Alexander Wooodsum, Mia Salguero, Arianna Lucinda Woodsum, Nicolas Petruzzi, Skyla Riccardo, and Carson Michael Cabral.  Aunt of Richard Lee Rogers, Taylor Swift Davis, and Richard Davis.  Best friend of Joanne Cusimano and her daughter Dessirae Hayes. Funeral Service and Interment Private.
