Bruce Clain Obituary

Bruce A. Clain, of Framingham, formerly of South Natick, passed away on September 20, 2022, at age 58. He was born in Natick on July 29th, 1964 to the late Joseph “Joe” A Clain and Eudeila “Lil” Clain (Fernandez).

Bruce was a high school graduate of Natick High School, Class of 1983. He worked for the MWRA for 30+ years and was a beloved member of the staff. In his downtime, he worked for the Happy Swallow for 5+ years.

Bruce meant business when it came to the Dallas Cowboys and hating the Patriots. He loved his late dog Bismarck and grand dog Mildred. Some would say his fashion sense was outshined by his slick dance moves and professional grade singing. You truly didn’t know Bruce until he gave you a nickname or a hard time. Bruce enjoyed getting to know everyone he came across. He also spent many years as a member of the AMVETS post 79. Bruce made friends everywhere he went. He was never short on personality and his energy would light up the darkest of rooms.

He is survived by his daughter Chelsea Clain and his grandson Charles “Chuck” Floyd of Framingham, and Justin Atwell and Fiance Lauren Zompetti of Framingham. Brother of Linda Hare and her husband Robert of Framingham, Paul Clain and his wife Karen of Framingham, and the late Andrew Clain. Brother-in-law of Laural Clain of Uxbridge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephew.

Visiting hours will be held in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St, NATICK COMMON, on Saturday October 1st, from 12 to 2pm.  A private reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Bruce may be made to Bridging Independent Living Together Inc. https://biltne.org/donate/ or The American Diabetes Association.
