Carol Tailby Obituary

Carol J. Tailby of Natick passed away on February 18, 2025. 

She was born on November 18, 1948 in Newton to the late William and Marjorie (MacDonnell) Tailby.  She graduated from Wellesley High School and UMass Amherst and worked for the Delaware Valley Coin Company for many years.  In addition, she spent decades serving as the caregiver for both her parents and her brother, Charles. 

She is survived by her sister, Priscilla Doolittle and her husband Robert, and her brothers, Charles Tailby, and William Tailby and his wife Nancy Topping-Tailby.  She is also survived by six nieces and nephews and four grand nephews. 

A private burial will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, Wellesley. 

If desired, donations in memory of Carol may be made to the Special Olympics Massachusetts, 512 Forest St, Marlborough, MA 01752.
