Charlette Moorer Obituary
NATICK – Charlette Moorer passed away in Waltham, Massachusetts on Saturday June 4, 2022 at age 75.
Born in Cullman, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Vercie (Price) and Napoleon Moorer. Charlette attended Western Olin High School in Birmingham, Alabama. She moved to Boston, Massachusetts in 1963 and attended Bristol Community College, after which she worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Social Services.
Charlette enjoyed traveling, spending time and talking about her cat.
Charlette is survived by her daughter Leslie Moorer of Boston, Massachusetts; sister Phyllis Moorer of Pensacola, Florida; brother Price Moorer of Cincinnati, Ohio; cousin Sammie Moorer of Detroit, Michigan; grandson Nyeem Parker, his companion Keyana Floyd; and granddaughter Indigo Beatty all of Boston (Dorchester), Massachusetts. She was the great-grandmother of Nyah Parker.
A private graveside service will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Waltham, Massachusetts.
