Christine Montezemolo Obituary

Christine Eisenhauer Montezemolo, 81, died peacefully in her sleep on November 24, 2024. Born on March 3, 1943, she received her B.A. in English Magna Cum Laude from Smith College in 1965, after which she worked as a course assistant at Harvard Business School for several years. She also received her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1987. She lived abroad in Italy and Argentina for many years, developing a love of languages, cultures, and cuisines. She eventually settled in Newton, where she lived for decades before moving to Hudson in her later years. A bibliophile, she loved working in the children’s room at the Wayland Public Library. She loved cooking, particularly Italian cuisine, and had a wonderful sense of humor and wit. More than anything, she was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and great-aunt who loved spending time with generations of young children. She is survived by two children, Lorenzo and Susanna (Mark); two granddaughters, Reg and Maddie; three siblings, Susan, Larry, and Eric; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Metro Community Development Corporation in Marlborough at strongcommunity.org.
