Denise Baldomar Obituary
94, formerly of South Dartmouth, MA passed away in Roslindale, MA on November 10th 2019, surrounded by her loving family.
Formerly of Cardiff, Wales, Peggy as she was known was devoted to her family, friends and community. As a young girl during WW11, Peggy was a fire watcher and helped her serve meals to billeted US soldiers. Her love of helping others and community never diminished.
In addition to raise her six children, Peggy also contributed her talents and energy to the Preservation Society of New Bedford, The New Bedford Symphony Orchestra and the English Speaking Union of which she was a past president. She also a great supporter of the arts and theater. Peggy also managed several business properties while raising her family. She was a graduate of the Lady Margaret School for Girls.
Peggy was happiest when she was with her children and grandchildren and was the proud and beloved mother of Vincent Biardi of New Jersey, Janice Pierce and her husband Ken of Georgia, Andrea Baldomar and her husband Steven Perlstein of New York, Kimberly Sharps and her husband Vincent of Rhode Island, Susan Baldomar and her husband of Ethan Gussow of New York and Stacy Foley and her husband Con of Natick; Loving grandmother of Sarah, Allison, Caity, Zachary, Britt, Meaghan, Dillon, Grant, and Mirabelle; and Great-grandmother to Gigi, Mary, Scott, Elizabeth and William.
She is the daughter of the late Harriet (Thomas) and Evan Williams of Cardiff, Wales.
