Donald Zani Obituary

Donald Peter Zani, 88, of Ashland, formerly of Natick, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2023.

Born in Wellesley, MA on July 17, 1935, he was the loving son of the late Peter and Elvira (Sciarro) Zani. Donald was raised in Wellesley attending local schools. Donald was the life-long owner of the Framingham Asphalt Paving Corporation. He was an avid pilot, taking his private plane on trips whenever he could. Donald also enjoyed spending time on his boat at the Charles River Yacht Club where he was a long-time member.

He was the beloved husband of the late Patricia (Allen) Zani. Devoted father of Robert, of Framingham, Peter and his wife Debbie, of Upton, and the late Dawn Heffron. Loving grandfather of Ryan Zani and Michelle, Ashley, and Tiffany (all Heffron).

Funeral services and interment will be private.
