Francis Heffron Obituary
Francis A. Heffron (Retired Sherborn Fire Chief), 93, passed away on August 19, 2025, surrounded by his family.
He was born in Boston to the late Harold and Matilda (Boute) Heffron on December 28, 1931.
Francis was the beloved husband of the late Dora (Casella) Heffron. He is survived by his children Debbie Lavalle, of Medway, Patty Bolack, of Sterling, Michael Heffron, of Medway, and he is predeceased by his late son, Steven Heffron. He was the loving grandfather to 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren who will all miss him very much.
Funeral Service in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, NATICK COMMON, on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 11:30 am. Interment at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sherborn, with a public reception to follow at the Sherborn Fire House. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
