Frederick E. Hopf, Jr., of Natick, passed on March 2, 2024.


Fred was born in Natick on November 13, 1944, the first son of the late F. Earl and Theresa (Husselbee) Hopf. Upon graduation from Natick High School Fred pursued a career as a T.V. repair specialist and had a great interest in and knowledge of electronics.


Fred is predeceased by his sisters, Barbara L. Kane (Donald), Judith A. Wood, and his brother, Robert. He is survived by his devoted sister, Edith M. Blodgett and brother-in-law, Curits, of Framingham. In addition, Fred is survived by four nephews and several grand nieces and nephews.


When Fred’s youngest brother, Robert, passed, Fred retired devoting his time to the full-time care of his mother allowing her to spend her remaining years at home.
