Of Natick, passed away on July 27, 2021.
Beloved husband of the late Frances (Angileri) Paul. Devoted brother of Cynthia Peterson and her husband Ronald of Scotia, NY and Lawrence Paul and his late wife, Paula, of Natick. Brother-in-law of Mary Amabile and her husband, Edward, of West Dennis. Cherished uncle of Wayne Peterson, Paul Peterson, Scott James Peterson, Kerrie Queen, Robyn Spinazola, Mark Amabile, Christopher Amabile, Thomas Amabile and the late Ronald Peterson, Jr. Son of the late Adelard Joseph and Barbara (Myshrall) Paul. Also survived by many grandnieces and grandnephews.
Jimmy was an Army Veteran from 1960-1962. Longtime employee of the Town of Natick as Heavy Equipment Operator and School Bus Driver. He was a talented bowler and fast pitch softball pitcher. He pitched for many leagues in the area, as well as the Army team in Germany, bringing them to Championship status. He was a longtime member of the Natick Elks and the American Legion. He especially enjoyed having his daily coffee with his friends at Dunkin Donuts on Rte. 27.
Visiting Hours in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street NATICK COMMON on Monday August 2nd from 9-11am. Followed by Funeral Service at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Family kindly asks that anyone not vaccinated or has health or safety concerns, please wear a mask. Interment St. Patrick Cemetery, Natick.
Jim spent his last few months at Sunrise of Wayland. His family would like to thank his many caregivers at Sunrise and Seasons Hospice.
