Joanne M. (Bonanno) Andersen of Natick, formerly of Belmont, passed away on August 9, 2026. She was born in Cambridge on October 18, 1961 to the late Anthony and Barbara (Miley) Bonanno. Beloved wife of Scott Andersen. Devoted mother of Michael Andersen and his wife Kimberly of Millis, Amanda Maihiot and her husband Ryan of Oxford, Eric Andersen-Francis and his husband Ken of Denver, CO. Loving grandmother of Owen, Taylor, and Avery. Cherished sister of Barbara Perry, Michele Scearbo, Leigh Klock, Nicole Ross, and Anthony Bonanno. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. 

Joanne was a graduate of Belmont High School, then finished her education at North Adams State College where she met Scott, the love of her life. Joanne spent more than 60 summers in her favorite place, Hampton Beach, NH. She loved nothing more than being at the beach with her family. Joanne always enjoyed hosting and taking care of her family and friends. She never forgot a birthday, anniversary, or family event. We know she is up there looking down on us, shining as brightly as the many solar powered lawn ornaments she loved so much.

Visiting Hours in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street Natick Common on Friday August 14th from 4-8pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
