Margaret (Peg) M. Williamson

Margaret (Peg) M. (Carroll) Williamson of Natick passed away peacefully on May 19, 2025, 10 days short of her 99th birthday.

Beloved wife of the late Robert S. Williamson. Devoted mother of Robert S. Williamson of Sherborn, James M. Williamson and his wife Lorraine of Natick, John J. Williamson and his wife Ellen of Natick, Carol M. Williamson-Navin and her husband Dennis of Syracuse, NY, Steven A. Williamson and his wife Kathy of Hopkinton, Thomas A. Williamson and his partner Shirley Braga of Onset, Janet M. Francis and her husband Rob of Framingham, Laura M. Williamson-Brunelle and her husband Scott of Plymouth, and the late Linda M. Collins and her surviving husband Rick of Natick. Loving grandmother of Bob, Eric, Kristen, Robby, Michael, Patty, Seth, Steven, Michelle, Jadeine, Josh, Savannah, Matthew, Mark and the late Lisa. Also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Cherished sister of Dorothy Mullen and the late Joseph Carroll.

The family is grateful for the support and comfort provided by Peg’s devoted friend and neighbor, Reverend Brita Gill-Austern, and the many people from Good Shepherd Hospice involved in Peg’s care.

Peg devoted her life to being a homemaker and loving mother to her nine children and their families. She was happiest when surrounded by her large extended family, hosting family holidays, 4th of July cookouts, family reunions and gatherings well into her 80’s. Christmas at “Grammy’s” house was a special favorite of Peg’s with gifts piled high around the tree and barely room enough for all to fit in the house.

Funeral services and burial services will be private. If desired, donations in memory of Mrs. Williamson may be made to Good Shepherd Community Care 160 Wells Ave Newton, MA 02459.
