Patricia Ann (Paone) Blanchard

Patricia Ann Blanchard (Paone), devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024 at the age of seventy-eight. She was a resident of Natick for over fifty years and employed at Sears for over thirty years. Family came first and she loved spending time in Disney with her cherished grandchildren: Daniel, Patrick, Casey and Isabella, craft making, poker with friends, trips with her beloved late husband Ronnie, bowling where she won many trophies and later in life rooting on her grandchildren in a variety of sports and performances. This year she witnessed the graduations of her two granddaughters from college and high school.

Pat’s kind and generous nature imbued all fortunate to know her.  She always had a positive attitude despite many health issues; if she could have willed a way to stay it would have been for family.  In retirement, she enjoyed a variety of volunteer opportunities that ran the gamut from driving elders to appointments to helping elementary school children in the library with her daughter. She worked part-time at JC Penny and TJ Maxx where she made many friends and loved interacting with customers.  

       She leaves behind her devoted daughter Laura A. Doherty and husband Sean of Millis, her beloved grandchildren (with a special love for grandson Patrick who moved in to care for her in her last year), her brother Robert Paone (Marie), brother-in-law Tom Byrne and many nieces and nephews; she was predeceased by sisters, Dorothy and Eleanor, parents Francis and Dorothy and the love of her life, late husband Ronald aka Ronnie, whom she had been mourning since 2010 and is now reunited in eternal glory.

          Visiting in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street NATICK COMMON on Friday July 26th from 10:30am-12pm.  Followed by Funeral Service at 12pm.  Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.  Interment Glenwood Cemetery
