Patrick Nolan Rosenstein Obituary

Patrick was born on October 31st, 1991, to the late Beryl Rosenstein and the late Joseph Hammond of Framingham MA. Patrick was educated in Framingham and Uxbridge Public Schools.
Patrick was a fighter for most of his life. Living with cystic fibrosis from birth and ten years ago undergoing a double lung transplant, he faced challenges that many people could never imagine. Through the highs and lows, Patrick continued to live life on his own terms, carrying a free spirit and a love for the things that brought him happiness. Patrick loved fishing, skateboarding, dirt bikes, motorcycles, off-roading, and especially Honda cars. He enjoyed horseshoes, darts, hip hop music, tattoos, and spending time outdoors. He also loved his dog Luna, who was a constant companion throughout his later life. Life was not always easy for Patrick, and he faced many personal struggles over the years. Even through difficult times, he continued to fight and leaned on the friendships and connections that meant the most to him. Patrick shared an important chapter of his life with his former wife, Dana Foster, who stood beside him during one of the hardest times of his life — his lung transplant journey. Her support and care through those years will always be remembered and appreciated. Friends remember long days spent fishing, riding, listening to music, playing video games, and simply spending time together. He was also known as “Uncle Pat” to his friend’s children who cared deeply for him. Patrick leaves behind memories that will stay with those who knew and cared about him. He will be deeply missed.
