Ronald Stuart Rosoff

Beloved husband of the late Gretchen Rosoff. Devoted father of Jessica and her husband Gregg, Tom and his wife Dottie, and Peter and his wife Julie. Loving brother of Sharman and her late husband Larry, and Sheryl and her husband Ronald. Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather of Tiffany and her partner Josh, Amber and her husband Joey, Evan, Tyler, Jackson, Charlotte, Sadie, Addison, Connor, Hailey, Ivy and Henry, and beloved uncle to his many nieces and nephews.

Self-employed for the past 30 years, Ron set up his life so he could spend his time on what was most important to him – being a constant and supportive presence in his family’s daily life. He traversed the state many times over attending sporting and other events for his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, both alone and with family and friends, and loved rooting for (and talking about) his favorite Boston sports teams. Later in life, his house on the Cape was the center of all family summer activities. Ron was kind, affable and generous, and made friends everywhere he went. He was a warm and welcoming extrovert, chatting up anyone in his vicinity and making them feel like his oldest and dearest friend.

Services at Temple Beth Elohim, 10 Bethel Road, Wellesley, on Friday November 12 at 10 AM to celebrate his life. Memorial observance will be held at the home of Jessica and Gregg Katz from 2–5 PM Friday, Saturday evening from 5–8 PM, and Sunday afternoon from 2–4 PM.
