Stephen Cucinotta, of Natick, passed away on August 9, 2026.Born in Sicily, Italy, on November 24, 1938, Stephen was the son of the late Stefano and Pietrina (Pittella) Cucinotta.  He was the cherished brother of the late Carmella Magazzu, Anthony Cucinotta, Domenic Cucinotta, Maria D’Angelo, Giovanina Mucari.Stephen came to the United States from Sicily as a young man, determined to build a better life for himself and his family. Proud of his Sicilian heritage, he built that life around the things that mattered most to him; his wife, his children, his grandchildren and his extended family. He was the beloved husband of Letteria (Cacciola) Cucinotta, with whom he shared 66 years of marriage, and a lifetime devoted to their family. Stephen was the devoted father of John Cucinotta and his wife, Linda, of Natick; Peter Cucinotta and his wife, Donna, of Marlborough; Tina Raymond and her husband, Stephen, of Ashland; Maria Pacheco and her husband, Darrin, of Natick; and Anthony Cucinotta and his wife, Robynne, of Sudbury.

Known lovingly as “Nonno,” Stephen was the proud and loving grandfather of James, Danielle, Melanie, Kayla, Megan, Nicholas, Brittney, Scott, Stephen, Daniel and Gianna. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Above all, Stephen will be remembered for his love and devotion to his family and for the life he and Letteria built together. His legacy lives on through the family he loved so deeply and the generations that followed him.

Funeral services will begin at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common, on Friday, August 14, at 9:00 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Patrick Church, 44 East Central Street (Route 135), Natick, at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery in Natick.Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, August 13, from 4:00–7:00 p.m.
