Valentine Beranyk Obituary
Valentine M. Beranyk, 85, of Natick, MA, passed away, Thursday, February 1, 2024, at the Metrowest West Medical Center, Framingham, MA.
Born in Poninka, Ukraine, she was the daughter of the late Anton and Olena (Savitski) Beranyk. She immigrated to the United States with her parents and siblings in 1948 and settled in Natick.
Valentine had worked for many years as a secretary for the Natick Army Labs. She enjoyed traveling and had many interests including beekeeping, knitting, and crocheting. Her favorite activity was taking photographs of family and friends at all gatherings and events.
She is survived by two brothers, Herman Beranyk of Manchester, NH, and Antone J. Beranyk of Menifee, CA, two sisters, Adele Jacques of Broomfield, CO, and Marie Beranyk of Bellingham, MA, several nieces and nephews and extended family in Austria and Germany.
Funeral services and burial will be private.
